Everything you need to know about WiMAX

hi
Is there anybody has a successfull installation with Opnet v.14.0.A

I installed Visual studio 2005 and set environment variable for it. I do all thing that have been explained in this site :
http://www.alivenotdead.com/wychina_007/Installing-OPNET-14-0-profi...

and changes in Edit=>Preference for repositories that explained in this site :
http://groups.google.com/group/OPNET/browse_thread/thread/d62892258...

but I have this error :

<<< Recoverable Error >>>
Object repository construction failed
due to errors encountered by the binder program (bind_so_msvc)
T (0), EV (-), MOD (NONE), PROC (sim_load_repos_rebuild)
----
Errors reported by the binder program follow
(these messages have been saved in (C:\Users\Reza\op_admin\tmp\bind_err_5920):
LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'C:\Program.obj'
----
<<< Program Abort >>>
Error encountered rebuilding repository -- unable to proceed
T (0), EV (-), MOD (NONE), PROC (sim_load_repos_load)

problem related to linker but I don't really how to solve it ???
I also changed Processor statues to optimized and ... in DES set enviroment.

I test it in XP-SP3 and vista-SP1
I used Licenece modeler 14.5 for license.

Thanx Dear Sergio
It's good news that you have successful installation.I don't test visual 6.0 or 2003.
Is it necessary to set environment variables in 2003 or v6.0? Is it have special installation instruction?
thanx again

Hi Reza,

Nop, it is not neccessary to set any environment variables in VS 2003, I just installed it before Opnet Modeler and now it's working nice.

Hi Reza

I just do not know your problem, I'm not an expert at Opnet, I'd like to help you with your problem. First I installed Visual Studio 2003, then Opnet, and no problems were found in my installation process. I did not set any environment variables.

What I can recommed you is to uninstall the Visual Studio 2003 and Opnet Modeler with Your Uninstaller then run Tune-Up Utilities or Registry Mechanic or CCleaner so you can clean your registry up, the you reinstall the Visual Studio 2003 first of all, then the Opnet Modeler.

Regards.
