Caveats with 3.65 GHz in US

NOTE: There are a few caveats with 3.65 GHz, most notably the exclusion zones... see above US map... If you are an operator in an exclusion zone you cannot operate, without permission of the grandfathered ground-based satellite spectrum holders in those locations... From Tim Sanders,
