Do you know how to calculate the Packet Error Rate PER ? is there any expression as a function of Eb/No & the information bit rate can give the PER ??

I’m working on wimax capacity, and I’m looking for a capacity expression vs user numbers, cell radius or other cell interference. I’d be greatly appreciated your help if you could please adivice me regarding this point. I’m looking forward hearing from you shortly. by the way i'm a PhD student in newcastle uni : )
